Campaign Overview

Safe Haven Defense provides proprietary retrofit security window-film and glass-laminate systems that strengthen existing glass against forced entry and related security threats. The solutions give organizations a cost-effective alternative to replacing their windows, and they serve schools, healthcare facilities, retailers, government organizations, and other safety-sensitive properties across North America.

Safe Haven Defense partnered with Lead Gen Jay to build an outbound pipeline across safety-sensitive markets in the United States. The campaign ran from November 2025 through March 2026 and initially tested several audiences, including schools, hospitals, convenience stores, pharmacies, and luxury retailers.

The challenge was not simply finding organizations that could benefit from better physical security. The outreach had to reach the people who could evaluate and advance a security project, and it had to address a sensitive topic credibly without sounding alarmist.

To meet that challenge, Lead Gen Jay built neutral, public-safety-advisory (PSA) style sender identities and campaign brands, including School Safety Advisory. The goal was to make the outreach feel educational rather than promotional. Messaging centered on practical security awareness and an invitation to see a live demonstration of Safe Haven Defense's protective glass technology.

Key Metrics

From November 2025 through March 2026, the campaigns generated the following results, based on the final human-reviewed campaign summary:

  • Positive Responses: 78 from real decision-makers
  • Direct Decision-Making Authority: 52 responses from contacts with direct authority
  • Active Security Need: 12 prospects

Across the complete account, the campaigns reached the following totals:

  • Emails Sent: 91,194
  • New Prospects Contacted: 41,638
  • Unique Replies: 454
  • Platform-Tracked Opportunities: 74
  • Platform-Attributed Opportunity Value: $370,000

The two school-focused campaigns generated most of those results:

  • Emails Sent: 43,876
  • New School Contacts Reached: 22,190
  • Unique Replies: 395
  • Tracked Opportunities: 72
  • Attributed Opportunity Value: $360,000

The school campaigns produced 72 of the account's 74 tracked opportunities and $360,000 of the $370,000 in attributed opportunity value.

Best-Performing Campaign

Performance varied significantly by market in the first phase. Hospital outreach generated high bounce activity, while the convenience-store, pharmacy, and luxury-retail campaigns produced limited opportunity volume. Schools stood out as the clear winner.

Lead Gen Jay analyzed the school campaign's replies, job titles, and messaging patterns. Two findings shaped the next phase:

  • Strongest-Converting Roles: Heads of School and Directors of Facilities
  • Strongest Message: The "live security demo near your city" angle consistently outperformed broader messaging

Based on those findings, the strategy shifted to focus 100% on schools. The team refined the copy, added four spintax variations, expanded the nationwide school contact pool, and launched a second School Safety Advisory campaign built around the winning audience and message.

That optimization became the turning point. The two School Safety Advisory campaigns produced 72 tracked opportunities, and the final campaign-cycle review identified 78 positive responses from real decision-makers. Of those, 52 came from contacts with direct decision-making authority and 12 reflected an active security need.

Success Factors

PSA-Style Positioning

Rather than opening with a conventional product pitch, the campaigns used a neutral safety-advisory identity. This framing made the outreach feel educational and relevant to recipients responsible for protecting students, staff, facilities, and visitors.

Audience and Role Analysis

The team did not treat every school contact as equally valuable. By analyzing response patterns, Lead Gen Jay identified Heads of School and Directors of Facilities as the roles most likely to engage and move a security conversation forward. That insight guided the next list-building and optimization cycle.

Live-Demo Messaging

The strongest-performing sequence invited prospects to a live security demonstration near their city. That offer made an unfamiliar security product tangible. Instead of asking recipients to evaluate technical claims in an email, it gave them a clear, practical next step: see the protection system in person.

Continuous Copy Refinement

The messaging evolved throughout the campaign. Lead Gen Jay incorporated client feedback, tested shorter and more direct copy, adjusted sensitive terminology for deliverability, made location language more flexible, and deployed multiple spintax variations around the winning concept.

Willingness to Concentrate on What Worked

The campaign began across several markets, but the data clearly favored schools. Rather than maintaining a broad approach for the sake of coverage, the team concentrated resources on the vertical producing meaningful replies and opportunities. That focus improved the quality of the pipeline and produced a repeatable school-safety outbound playbook.

Conclusion

Safe Haven Defense's campaign shows that outbound performance often depends on disciplined iteration rather than simply sending more email. The initial multi-vertical strategy generated uneven results, but the data revealed a clear opportunity in education.

By focusing on schools, prioritizing Heads of School and Directors of Facilities, and building the campaign around a live security demonstration, Lead Gen Jay turned those insights into a stronger pipeline. The result was 78 positive responses from real decision-makers, including 52 contacts with direct authority and 12 with an active security need.

The campaign also gave Safe Haven Defense a repeatable go-to-market formula: educational PSA-style positioning, precise role targeting, and a concrete demonstration offer that makes a complex security solution easy to understand and act on. The platform attributed $360,000 in opportunity value to the two school campaigns and $370,000 across the account.

Past results do not guarantee future results. Individual outcomes vary based on industry, offer, and implementation.
