We request the new link for you as soon as the payment clears, so it usually lands within 2 hours, and you accept it the same way. Your messages come with you. Saved searches do not move on their own, so copy the URL of each saved search from your old seat and save it again on the new one.

How fast do I get my activation link?
Our LinkedIn team sends it by email, usually within 2 hours of you giving us your LinkedIn login.
Why do I get a new activation link every 30 days?
Every 30 days your seat moves to a new activation link. We request it for you as soon as the renewal payment clears, so it lands within about 2 hours, and you accept it the same way as the first one.
What if LinkedIn removes my seat?
If LinkedIn removes your seat during your 30 days, we replace it at no cost.
What happens to my messages and saved searches?
Your messages carry over to the new seat. Saved searches do not move on their own, so before you switch, copy the URL of each saved search, open it on the new seat, and save it again.
I already pay LinkedIn for Sales Navigator. Can I switch?
Yes, but not at the same time. Cancel your current subscription with LinkedIn first and let it end, then activate your seat.
My company has a LinkedIn Enterprise account. Will this work?
No. A LinkedIn account that already belongs to another Enterprise or team plan cannot join a second one.
Is there an annual plan?

How do I cancel?
