We stand behind our educational products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the eligibility requirements below. This guarantee applies to our digital education courses and programs only. Other products and services have separate refund terms as described in this policy. All sales are final unless the specific guarantee conditions described below are met.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund on educational products, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- Have completed all available course materials and modules (minimum 10 hours of engagement, verified via platform analytics)
- Demonstrate genuine engagement with the content — watching videos, completing exercises, and applying the strategies (not just downloading or skimming)
- Assert that no value was derived from the materials and no strategies were successfully applied
- Submit your refund request within 14 days of the original purchase date
- Provide specific, detailed feedback on why the product did not meet your expectations
Conditions That May Void Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be denied if:
- You have accessed or downloaded bonus materials, software tools, or done-for-you (DFY) services included with the product
- You have not completed the core course content (minimum 10 hours verified engagement required)
- You purchased via a payment plan and have not completed all payments — payment plan purchases qualify for partial refunds only at company discretion
- The purchase was made through third-party financing (Affirm, Klarna, or similar buy-now-pay-later services)
- You have violated our community guidelines, acceptable use policy, or Terms of Service
- You have previously received a refund on another Lead Gen Jay product
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- One-time setup fees or technical configuration services
- One-on-one coaching or consulting sessions (once scheduled or delivered)
- Third-party subscriptions or software licenses purchased through us
- Domain registration or hosting fees
- Bonus materials, templates, and downloads (once accessed)
- Payment processing fees and transaction costs
- Group programs that have already commenced
Service-Based Guarantees
For done-for-you (DFY) and consulting services:
- Performance guarantees, where offered, are backed by industry standard benchmarks within a 12-month timeframe as specified in your service agreement
- If standards are not met, a written request with supporting documentation is required
- Client must have followed all instructions and implemented recommended strategies
- Setup services carry a 14-day guarantee for technical implementation completion
Payment Plans & Cancellation
If you purchased via a payment plan:
- You may cancel the payment plan at any time by contacting support
- Cancellation of the payment plan does not discharge your obligation for the remaining balance
- The remaining balance becomes due immediately upon cancellation
- Refund eligibility applies only after the full payment is completed and all eligibility requirements are met
- Partial refunds may be issued at the Company's sole discretion
Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period. You will retain access to the subscription content until the end of the paid period.

Course Access Upon Refund
Upon approval of a refund, your access to all course materials, community groups, and associated tools is immediately and permanently revoked. You are required to delete all downloaded materials, templates, and resources from your devices. Continued use of materials after a refund constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in legal action.
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a request at leadgenjay.com/refund or email support@leadgenjay.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, email address used for purchase, order number, purchase date, and detailed reason for the request
- Requests are reviewed within 5-10 business days — we may ask follow-up questions to verify eligibility
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days
- For credit card refunds, allow an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement
- By requesting and receiving a refund, you agree to refrain from making false, misleading, or disparaging statements about the Company, its products, or staff
Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us:
- Your account will be immediately terminated and all access revoked
- We will submit evidence to the payment processor to contest the chargeback
- The initiating party may be held responsible for any associated legal fees, administrative costs, and collection expenses
- Unauthorized chargebacks may be referred to collections
Recommended dispute resolution order: (1) Contact us directly at support@leadgenjay.com; (2) Submit a formal refund request; (3) Initiate a chargeback only as a last resort.
