The agent is included with your membership. What you pay on top is the machine it lives on. A Mac mini you already own costs you electricity. A Hetzner VPS in the 2 vCPU / 4 GB class the container is sized for runs in the low single-digit euros a month. Your LLM key is billed by Anthropic or OpenRouter directly, on your own account, so you set the ceiling.

Everything except revenue attribution keeps running. Social drafting, content mining and the schedule itself do not touch Hyros. The ads reports still pull Meta and Google numbers, they just stop being reconciled against revenue until Hyros answers again.

You do. It runs on your Mac or your VPS, with its own filesystem, its own credentials and its own logs. Nothing routes through us. It reaches out to Notion or Slack only if you connect them during the install.

You need to be comfortable pasting API keys into a terminal. The installer asks questions in plain language and validates each answer before it moves on, so a wrong key stops you at the step that caused it rather than four phases later. If you get stuck, ask in the member community.

Both. A skill is a Markdown file, a SKILL.md in its own folder, exactly the shape of the seven that ship: write one, drop it in, and the agent picks it up with no build step. Going the other way, decline any integration during the install and the jobs that depend on it are never created, or remove a job from the schedule later. It only ever runs what is actually there.
